A general epidemiologist, David is principally based at University College London and leads the Cognitive Epidemiology Programme in the Centre for Cognitive Ageing and Cognitive Epidemiology (CCACE) at the University of Edinburgh. Most of David’s work in the field of neurodegenerative disorders has focused on using individual participant meta-analyses (pooling of raw data from separate cohort studies) to examine risk factors for dementia mortality
